Note: We do not offer emergency or after-hours service.

3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A signed proposal or purchase order is required before initiating work. Deposits and payments must be made as outlined in the proposal.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be in writing. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once ordered. Labor charges up to the cancellation date may be billed.

5. Installation and Service
Services are provided during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM). Clients must ensure safe and accessible work conditions. Delays due to weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

6. Warranty
We provide manufacturer warranties on products and limited labor warranties (depending on the service or the product). Warranties exclude damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Customer Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications via email, phone, and/or text message, including preventive maintenance reminders. You may opt out at any time by following opt-out instructions or contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website is owned or licensed by Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey and protected by applicable laws.
